Issue #21: White slashes in page path generally invisible (no contrast)

Most SPI website pages (Home is the exception) display their path in the
document tree. For example,
https://www.spi-inc.org/meetings/agendas/2021/2021-07-12/ displays:
> SPI <https://www.spi-inc.org/>/ meetings
> <https://www.spi-inc.org/meetings/>/ agendas
> <https://www.spi-inc.org/meetings/agendas/>/ 2021
> <https://www.spi-inc.org/meetings/agendas/2021/>/ 2021-07-12
However, some of that is not visible, including slashes, which generally
have no contrast at all, as they are white on a white background. With a
narrow viewport, one discovers these due to overlap with the SPI logo
(presumably another defect):
At a more normal width, all slashes become invisible:
