Next meeting of SPI

Per Article 4, Paragraph 4, of the Bylaws of Software in the Public
Interest, Inc., it is my duty to inform the membership that the next
scheduled meeting of SPI will occur on Tuesday, November 9, 2004, at
19:00 UTC on irc.oftc.net #spi.  As usual, the public is welcome at this
meeting.
