The spi-announce and spi-general lists are, confusngly, still managed by
the Debian list servers despite the existence of SPI's own mailing list
server (nowadays).

Should have them listed but it doesn't.  CC'ing the Debian listmasters
and SPI board to see if somebody can fix this.
