Selection of first secretary

As the draft agenda at
http://lists.spi-inc.org/pipermail/spi-bylaws/2003/000011.html states, we
need to have a secretary.  This person will be responsible for maintaining
the documents we issue and tabulating results, and need not be the same
person for the entire duration of the committee.

I am seeking volunteers.  If nobody steps forward, I'll do it myself, but
would prefer having someone else doing it.
