Bylaws cmte. starting up

Hello,

In http://lists.spi-inc.org/pipermail/spi-general/2003-January/000653.html,
I solicited volunteers for the Bylaws Revision Committee.  Since that time,
three qualified people volunteered for the three open positions.  Therefore,
the committee's membership (subject to board approval) is:

John Goerzen
Manoj Srivastava
David Graham
JP Sugarbroad (Taral)
Jimmy Kaplowitz

I will be posting some initial items to the spi-bylaws list shortly, so
please subscribe ASAP if you are on the committee and not yet subscribed.
