The following resolution has been accepted by the Board of Directors
of Software in the Public Interest:

WHEREAS

1. SPI needs donations in order to conduct its business.

2. creditcard donations are a simple and effective way for people to donate.

3. Network for Good is providing creditcard donation services to 501(c)3
   charities at a good rate.

IT IS RESOLVED THAT

4. unless SPIs legal advisors find any problems with the terms and services
   as used by Network for Good SPI will use their services for online
   creditcard donations.
