Second call for volunteers for SPI board of directors

The board of directors of Software in the Public Interest recently
accepted resolution 2003-01-06.wta.1, which details the procedure
for adding three new members to the board.

The first step of this process started on Januaryt 11: a two week
(14 day) period during which individuals can nominate themselves
for a position on the board. This means that people can sent in
nominations until end of January 24 (UTC).

Candidates can volunteer by mailing the SPI secretary at the
email address secretary at spi-inc.org. Candiates are invited
to send positions papers and bios as well. Please note that 
people who volunteered earlier in response to
the reqest from Martin Schulze are not automatically included.

A list of candidates and any information they submitted will
be maintained on http://www.spi-inc.org/secretary/
